Meet Your Librarian!
Dr. Winans has been in education over 20 years and at Royalwood for 6 years as our Librarian. Students visit the library every 6 days during their Activities rotation. Students are able to check out books, read, engage in STEM activities, and access technology while in the library. She was awarded two Innovation educational grants. She has her undergraduate, Masters, and Doctorate all from the University of Houston. She has a 9 year old daughter who also attend Royalwood. She has a passion for reading and shares her love for literacy with her students.
